This piece is based off one of my favorite paintings. When Picasso was in his early twenties (just like I was) he painted a portrait of a Parisian gallery owner named Pedro Manach. I wanted to do my own spin on this piece with a Twentieth century flair to it. Everything from my close friend "Skrilla" to the materials I used to create the piece have a current feel to them. Most people who see it can't believe is marker and not oil paint. If Diddy can remake the great's so can I. Pedro Again resides with an unknown collector of mine whose residence is in St. Louis.
